What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I love how simple everything is to execute and understand. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja allows me to streamline the tedious parts of my job as well as get good info on the status of my devices What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The login time can be a but slow, and the splashtop streamer takes ages to load What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? "Necessary tool in my arsenal"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Monitoring and alerts to pre-determined end-user workstation and server events. Ninja helps us stay ahead of problems with client machines and helps us maintain 'rockstar' status with them. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? One of our favorite features has been our account manager. She's always reaching out, keeping us in the loop on developments, and getting us involved with new features and whenever we have a problem she's been very effective at driving quick solutions for us. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Reporting tools and backup solutions are in a easy to find place. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? No screen capture tool and user login area not detailed. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you?
