"Typical NinjaOne Fan"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Reporting tools and backup solutions are in a easy to find place. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? No screen capture tool and user login area not detailed. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Executive and Asset summary reports save me lots of time.

"NINJA powerful and easy to use"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NINJO one's UI is pretty easy to navigate. It also has a decent amount of features from Splastop, Terminal, and spec information regarding it's computers that is useful. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NINJA usually installs pretty easily on computers, but ever one hundred computers or so it has an issue with an install. In these cases it often doesn't uninstall/reinstall very easily. "Necessary tool in my arsenal"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Monitoring and alerts to pre-determined end-user workstation and server events. Ninja helps us stay ahead of problems with client machines and helps us maintain 'rockstar' status with them. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Each time I need support with NinjaRMM I've always been able to reach a live, friendly, and knowledgeable person eager to assist. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I believe that your search feature could use some improvement when it comes to creating a custom search, as the results aren't sorted or able to be sorted by organization. "Such a useful tool"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninja allows me to streamline the tedious parts of my job as well as get good info on the status of my devices What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The login time can be a but slow, and the splashtop streamer takes ages to load What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Helping keep all devices up to date with the latest patches

"A great product that is highly intuitive"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I love how easy it is to monitor the health of devices and perform remote operations. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The only thing that i could say is a downside is that it occasionally is a little slow to load, but that is the exception rather than the rule. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Patching works good with Windows and even Linux now. Automation scripts and easy PS / Terminal access is also a big plus. Overall I'm more satisfied to it than other tools I've used. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Remote management sessions don't always launch and have connection errors.
