What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I love how easy it is to monitor the health of devices and perform remote operations. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The only thing that i could say is a downside is that it occasionally is a little slow to load, but that is the exception rather than the rule. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Each time I need support with NinjaRMM I've always been able to reach a live, friendly, and knowledgeable person eager to assist. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I believe that your search feature could use some improvement when it comes to creating a custom search, as the results aren't sorted or able to be sorted by organization. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I love how simple everything is to execute and understand. The interface is straightforward without much clutter allowing you to focus on the things you need to know. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Reporting is the biggest challange. Being able to create a report showing all machines with certain software installed or machines not encrypted and run filters against it could be super helpful. Also not being ...

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It keeps track of various crucial details about our clients' machines, which is super helpful in troubleshooting, tracking warranties, and even determining whether we need to trash a computer. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Once in a while the interface will bug out and I'll have to refresh it, but otherwise it tends to work no problem. I also wish the errors were clearer about Splashtop issues. What problems ...
