What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I love how simple everything is to execute and understand. The interface is straightforward without much clutter allowing you to focus on the things you need to know. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Reporting is the biggest challange. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It keeps track of various crucial details about our clients' machines, which is super helpful in troubleshooting, tracking warranties, and even determining whether we need to trash a computer. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Once in a while the interface will bug out and I'll have to refresh it, but otherwise it tends to work no problem. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Monitoring and alerts to pre-determined end-user workstation and server events. Ninja helps us stay ahead of problems with client machines and helps us maintain 'rockstar' status with them. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)?
