"The best RMM tool I've used!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The ability for NinjaOne to perform complex management in a simple easy to use interface is phenomenal. You get full visibility into everything you do and it all just works! Remoting, scripting, and administration are faster than any of the other tools I've used in the space. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? For some, the maturity level of the product may not be where you'd like it to be in areas such as ...

"Easy to use, great fit for purpose"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It's very easy to use and gets the job done. Onboarding was reasonably easy to figure out and the team was very responsive to fill in any gaps. Thoughout the years, we have used Solarwinds, Automate, Pulseway and Naverisk and hands down, this is the easiest and most reliable system out of them all. Unless you are tied into an existing ecosystem, you should give Ninja a try. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly ...

"Adding features all the time, well supported, and at the right price"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The fact I can actually receive technical support promptly. Bugs identified actually get passed onto the devs to be fixed. Compare this to the last RMM and I suspect I still have tickets which have not be resolved years later. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It lacks some features over RMMs which have been around a lot longer, but that gap is closing all the time. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) ...

"Great support team"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Each time I need support with NinjaRMM I've always been able to reach a live, friendly, and knowledgeable person eager to assist. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)?
