"Saving time & improving service delivery."

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne is a complete package. Endpoint management, anti-virus and remote support all rolled into a single platform. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I'd like more in-built scripts in the library. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Supporting users across multiple countries in now far easier. Windows patching is a more streamlines process.

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I have a complete overview of the status of all my customers' endpoints and can react to problems and errors in good time. The very good integration of bitdefender also convinced me of ninjaOne. In addition, ninjaOne offers a very good price to performance ratio. "Great for managing a medium-size organization of several hundred endpoints."

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Remote control works well; cloud-based console means endpoints only need an internet connection; scheduling and automating patches and updates seems to work well; overall, it's been great for managing several hundred endpoints, including workstations and servers. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I have used many RMM platforms over the years, and Ninja is great value for money. The account management team are helpful without trying to upsell. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Still focussed primarily on the MSP market What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? "Simple and very effective management tool"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne is most helpful by its simplicity of use. We love the user interface and the features out of the box. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Truthfully there isnt much about NinjaOne that I do not like. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Patch management is the bigest benefit, but the ease of scripting is also very useful

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We find the following features most helpful, it has a great reporting tool to send reports to technical staff and CEO. It also has a gret backup system to the cloud which we have found to work quite well. The ability to run scripts and create policies for software updates and create service tickets is also a really great way to manage our customers.
