What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It just works. We have gone through many RMMs and Ninja is the first one to actually work. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I love the single-pane-of-glass with as many solutions in one login as possible. It works like a dream. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Installation/deployment are very simple and reliable. Lightweight client, easily able to deploy TeamViewer/run remote scripts. For 90% of normal IT needs, program is able to quickly handle those tasks. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? "Great solution for managing and monitoring client devices. Great integrations."

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The patching and application management is very good compared to ther solutions I have tried. It is nice that the have Teamviewer and Splashtop. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Nothing huge stands out. The support can be a little slow at times, but overall good.
