"Excellent MSP Software"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It just works. We have gone through many RMMs and Ninja is the first one to actually work. It does everything that it says it does and the UI is nice too. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? It was buggy at first, but we worked with their devs to clean everything up. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Installation/deployment are very simple and reliable. Lightweight client, easily able to deploy TeamViewer/run remote scripts.
