"Great product getting better and better as time goes on!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Everything really. We can see so much data on devices, files, software, all real time. The commands that can be sent have endless possibilities on what they can be used for, as they can be written from scratch or pulled from the dojo. The ease of use is really great as well, we train interns on using it all the time! What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Not much really, it does a great job of patch managment and so ...

"NinjaOne is Awesome"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I have been using NinjaOne for over a year now. The onboarding process to NinjaOne was seamless, it all happened in less than a day. It's simplified interface makes it easy for me to provide patch management and automated solutions to my clients. The intergration with Kaseya IT Glue make it seamless to import live data into my IT Glue instance. It's great how the two platforms communicate so well. My account manager has been great in ...

"Great On-Boarding and Support!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We were in a pinch and needed a new RMM tool fast. The ease of on-boarding and the support we got during implementation was supurb. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? So far there has been no issue with NinjaOne at all! What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Being able to have one central point for our backups, endpoint management and AV/AM has made managing our ...

"M.A. Polce's RMM of Choice is NinjaOne!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We spent a lot of time reviewing the competition before choosing our next RMM. We have been with NinjaOne most of 2023. We chose NinjaOne for many reasons. For starters, their executive sales team is extremely friendly and helpful. Immediately off of the jump you get an experienced engineer to answer your real questions while you learn the product. The engineer follows you when you become a client and you are given a dedicated ...

"NinjaOne is the answer"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? As an IT guy, the best part about NinjaOne is hands down the remote automation and integration with remote desktop apps like Splashtop. Being able to connect to any of my customers pcs in an instant saves time for me and the customers I'm supporting. The ticketing system helps me stay on top of customer support queries. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? So far there hasn't been anything that I dislike about ...

"IT Infrastructure Manager"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The most powerful features for us have been software inventory, 3rd party software patch management and the ability to run PS and CMD line remotely. You can copy .exe files up then execute from command line. Or run choco commands remotely when you need a program on the fly. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I think the least powerful features are the reporting. We'd like to really narrow down the updates that ...

"Great, it helps our small IT team a LOT"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Patching, I like how easy it is to automatically patch different computers, and sorth them into groups. I also like the ability to run scripts on the fly and attach them to Custom fields such as battery life. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I really don't dislike much of anything from NinjaRMM. Sometimes the patching has issues with scans but I think it only has to do with certain settings on the PC or ...

"Great and convenient product"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The support has always been quick, and the clean design makes navigation fairly easy. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Though the design is smooth, deploying applications can be confusing, installing versions on the Microsoft store i.e. fire fox, Greenshot. This results in users having duplicate installations and causing some user confusion. Not entirely a fault of Ninja, our deployment solution we recently ...

"An IT RMM that suits our team's need"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Easy to manage and navigate unlike any other RMM tool. The Ninja Dojo also helps us a lot during the testing up to the migration. Issues were resolved immediately with the help of our account manager What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The migration from an old Ninja platform (manage by 3rd party) to our own NinjaRMM seems to be a pain. We tried to follow what was in the dojo but unfortunately some machines are ...
