What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The RMM tools that are available to you are great and quick to use. When adding tools to client machines, it appears in the Control panel in minutes, where we used to wait hours. "Product does what it describes with an ease of use."

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Easy no non-sense migration. We were up and running within days. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Interface is a bit confusing at first. Could be more intuitive. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Patching delays with previous products.

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? For an extra lean staff, Ninja provides simple onboarding, immediate provisioning of automation, reporting, remote access and controls.
