"Great Tools For Remote Support"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Provides a great variety of useful tools for remote support. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Some of the text is a bit small for my liking. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Allows us to remotely monitor endpoint health.

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Easy to navigate in general and find the registered devices that need to be worked on. Scripts are easy to set in general and can be applied to various devices as needed. Devices on the domain can be easily integrated and registered with the Ninja client. "Excellent software"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I like how all the scripts and the easiness of logging into the end users computer. The implementation is great. I use this software everyday. I have about over 350 + end users. It is an easy program to intergrate updates and push scripts to the users. I also love the custmer support . Monthly billing is based on contract not on actual usage or "live" devices. I wish they would just bill us for any devices online in the last 30 days like BitDefender does.
