"NinjaOne has made managing our fleet of computers extremely easy"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I like being able to see the state of all of oure computers in one dashboard. I also love being able to instantly start a remote session without any help from the user. The ability to start a remote console session is also extremely useful and has helped me out on more than one occasion. I also like the way the policies are structured and allow me to apply specific settings for the type of computer and the organization it is in. ...

The scripting engine works very consistently and allows us to automate innumerable tasks. What do you dislike about NinjaOne ...

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? What it is used for, automation and monitoring What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Patching. It's not just Ninja I understand but it is the number one thing we sell/use it for so when we have to manually do so much patch work still, it eats on the value. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping a 2 person company in line with 700+ endpoints
