"Awesome Software!"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The fact that it handles Windows Updates and Application Updates (on a schedule no less). What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Before I was bummed that it didn't work with our AV solution, but now it does. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? It lets me deal with keeping endpoints up to date with ease (Microsoft, Adobe, Google, etc). "Reliable, constantly improving RMM platform"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The development team has done a great job at introducing new features while keeping a simple and responsive UI. I've never felt like a new feature was cumbersome to implement. It has been perfect for our shop to go from no RMM to something that quickly helped reduce workloads and improve service to our clients. The scripting engine works very consistently and allows us to automate innumerable tasks. What do you dislike about NinjaOne ...

"Fantastic Product That Listens To Customers"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We love the product that implements ideas that we have into the system. When we wanted certain features such as install a product, or have certain reporting measures, they were coming out with that either in a few weeks or months or already had it. The support staff is excellent and willing to help all the time even if it's a simple answer. Patch management compliance is a great feature we love to look at as a daily reporting. ...

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The interface, support and policies. The interface is consistent. The support is responsive The policies inheritance is excellent. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Not so much a dislike. More of a this "needs more work". Reporting. I'd really like to see more custom reporting abilities that are similar to the reporting in HaloPSA, which allows custom SQL to be written to get at all the data. What problems is ...
