"After switching from CW Automate, NinjaOne is a dream!"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? the simplicity of running custom powershell scripts on demand, scheduled, bundled as part of a policy, etc., are fantastic. I haven't fully dived into EVERYTHING it has to offer, though I'm using Ninja Ticketing, integration with a separately purchased CW Control license (which I'll be letting expire due to NinjaOne's FREE integration with TeamViewer, Splashtop, and their built-in Ninja Remote for manual control). I'm just now ...

"Amazing simple, and keeps RMM a RMM Only"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne is an amazing product, it truly keeps its focus on being an RMM and a great one at that. They have made so many advances in the last 3-4 years but not lost their focus on keeping the interface light, easy to navigate, and keeping the core functionality. We've been overly impressed by the focus on MFA and security compared to other products on the market and the integrations between their product and other mainstream PSA's ...

What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Third party patching library has a bunch of outdated apps no longer used. Overhaul that. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? Not 100% sure. I just joined a month ago and we don't go live until January 1st. That being said, I ...

"An All-In-One RMM Solution - That works!"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Having explored numerous Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) solutions over the years, I must say that NinjaOne RMM stands out as one of the best in the market.
