"Great Online Backup Solution and Service"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Once NinjaOne is setup, there is no worry as to whether it is doing the job. Installing the software was a little tedious but it gave us exactly what we needed after using customer supports advice on setup. Also, their customer support is by far one of the best aspects of their software too. When I have questions or an issue and need help, the return contact is very fast, friendly and helpful. We have around 50 devices being backed ...

"Simply Awesome"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The ticketing and system monitoring is so easy to use and read in comparison to other products like it that I have used previously. Automation and scripts work fast and the policy system is super easy to understand. I definitely get my use out of it everyday and I also appreciate how approachable the support staff are for asking for help with certain features. "Breath of fresh air compared to others"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The interface, support and policies. The interface is consistent. The support is responsive The policies inheritance is excellent. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Not so much a dislike. More of a this "needs more work". Reporting. I'd really like to see more custom reporting abilities that are similar to the reporting in HaloPSA, which allows custom SQL to be written to get at all the data. What problems is ...

"Fantastic Product That Listens To Customers"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We love the product that implements ideas that we have into the system. When we wanted certain features such as install a product, or have certain reporting measures, they were coming out with that either in a few weeks or months or already had it. The support staff is excellent and willing to help all the time even if it's a simple answer. Patch management compliance is a great feature we love to look at as a daily reporting. ...
