"It is indeed NinjaONE"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I recently started to manage the devices, systems and servers through NinjaOne after changing my workplace. Previously I managed through Intunes, SolarWinds and various patchwork IT-Managers that were, frankly, scary. Unsafe sometimes. With NinjaOne I have everything I need as they say "in one place". I can oversee, manage, apply all through one site without having the need to navigate through 12 different pages. The possibilities ...

Our account management has been great and the feature roadmap is transparent and you feel "listened to" What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The reporting isn't great and sometimes there are caveats in the information which Patching lets you ascertain. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how ...

"Excellent complete and reliable RMM system with BEST Patch Management"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Patch management is highly functional. The rapid support, formally QuickConnect , helps us a lot for occasional support tasks. The roadmap includes many new features and you can also insert new ideas to submit to the development team. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Nothing negative to report to date but I wish there was support for viewing PROXMOX hypervisor. What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) ...
