Automations work as expected, patching (software and OS) is reliable, Ninja Remote is easy to use for both us and end user, remote powershell/cmd works well too. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? The ease of set up and intergration and the simplicity of using ninja one. The patch mangement really cuts down having to install all of the windows updates. With the remote tools it makes fixing issues a lot more seemless as you can see what the user is seeing.
