"Most helpful Tool in IT"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Things just make sense. If I want to run a script on a machine, I just go to the machine and select the script I want to run. It's rare to find a tool that is so intuitive and helpful. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I'd like to see even more out-of-the-box app installs available. There is also a few-day delay between a release of an update for application and when NinjaOne releases it to their ...

"Highly recommended. A straightforward, no-nonsense RMM"

What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? We implemented NinjaRMM (now NinjaOne) back in 2019. The organisation I joined had a WSUS server that didn't really work for remote users; remote access to devices was manual; there was no server monitoring in place; there was no automated software patching; mass remote installation was night on impossible; and there was a lack of decent information in our "inventory". NinjaOne fixed all of that for us and was a lifeline for our team ...
