What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninjaone gives us team an easy to use tool to do our day to day business. With other (outdated) tools it took a long learning curve for our techs to understeand the RMM tool and have a benefit. Because of this sometimes we missed out on oppertunity's to automate things we wanted to do and save time in our install base. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ease of use from the central console as well as a next level support and onboarding team. Implementation was a breeze and customer support was always available to assist. So far we are using the portal on a daily basis for managing our systems. "Easy to use and super useful"
What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I think the ability to run scripts in real-time and also the remote control features. What do you dislike about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? I don't think that you have to buy 50 seats to get Ninja What problems is NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM) solving and how is that benefiting you? We have MDM in place like Intune and Jamf but with Ninja we can run things in real-time and have remote control
