The navigation of NinjaOne could be improved by working the left side. Maybe allow the customer choose the layout. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? NinjaOne has made managing remote staff and devices so much easier for us. The step by step instructions and the Ninja 'Dojo' community made it very easy to roll out. What do you like best about NinjaOne (formerly NinjaRMM)? Ninjaone gives us team an easy to use tool to do our day to day business. With other (outdated) tools it took a long learning curve for our techs to understeand the RMM tool and have a benefit.
