What do you like best? Nimble was simple to set up and easy to use. What do you dislike? We've had occasional issues with very inaccurate suggestions for connecting social media accounts. Great CRM for Managing Alumni Networks
What do you like best? I really like the tagging and segmentation features in Nimble. I have created hundreds of tags that help our organization keep track of our contacts and alumni networks. I also take advantage of the group messaging which is easy to use and integrated with my gmail. What do you dislike? There is very little to complain about in using Nimble. One of the most effective CRM platforms that I have worked with.
What do you like best? The user experience within Nimble is second to none. I have used many CRM platforms throughout my career and this is without doubt the most cost effective. I am a small business owner, but it honestly feels like I have an enterprise CRM experience. From contact management, through to pipeline analysis and reporting its so easy to use. Brining the old to new and loving it!
What do you like best? It is user friendly. I was able to set everything up with no issues. It was easy to train the team to use it. Our owners have never used a CRM and are already seeing the use for it in under 2 weeks! Nimble is also visually pleasing. You really can edit it to make it your own. What do you dislike? I'm enjoying using Nimble.
What do you like best? Nimble has been relatively easy to learn. The tutorials are helpful. When I have reached out to the service team for help, their response has been quick. What do you dislike? It took me awhile to learn how to think about a CRM. A tutorial providing some context to using CRM's in general would be helpful. My email has frequently disconnected from Nimble for no reason. I was looking for a simple to use, low cost CRM platform and Nimble ticks all the boxes.
What do you like best? Easy to use, configurable and intuitive without unnecessary feature overhead. What do you dislike? Doesn't integrate with Apple mail or calendar. Would also like an integration to Lusha. Some of the fields or attributes are not easily sortable. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you're using Outlook/Exchange or Gmail it is seamless, other mail and calendar (eg Apple) systems get a little clunky. I researched and tried many CRM's and came back to Nimble.
What do you like best? For me, it is the best combination of intuitive and affordable. What do you dislike? Like any other product, changes made to features require learning anew. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I love email tracking to see when and how many times emails have been opened. Group messaging is seamless. Having a record of my past interactions with my contacts is invaluable.
