CRM That's Easy to Use
What do you like best? Simplicity. Previously we used Salesforce. What a pain that was. Nimble is intuitive and doesn't require weeks of user training. What do you dislike? A really minor point. If you're not actively using Nimble for a while it goes to sleep. Click the wake up tab and it's back on in a few seconds. See? Unique and modern approach to Contact Management
What do you like best? Nimble has a browser plugin that lets you pull in contact details from social media pages. You can also do this from within emails. It saves so much time. What do you dislike? I hope they add a social inbox in the future. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I don’t have to leave LinkedIn or an email to add someone to my CRM. I can do it directly within them. This increases my productivity.

Best CRM Value on the market!
What do you like best? Nimble is the platform I use to monitor and manage all my business relationships. From Customers to prospects and more. The ability to monitor and reply to email and social media makes it my go-to app every day. The group emails, email templates, and integration with tools like LinkedIn and 366 make it so easy for me to generate new business it's almost a no brainer. What do you dislike? Solid CRM for Sales and Marketing
What do you like best? I like how you can make your own personalized tags in order to segment contacts. Being able to segment out contacts really helps in the long run and keeps the team organized. I also like how you can see all contact with your clients on their page- this way other members of the team can stay up-to-date without losing any context. What do you dislike? Basically positive with a few strong reservations
What do you like best? user interface. Structure focused on contacts (as opposed to accounts or activities), and good tools for gathering and storing information about contacts. Tags. good export facility. What do you dislike? E-mail client is horrendous - formatting tools are terrible and it is not WYSIWYG - I send e-mails that look fine in the editor that arrive a total mess. Nimble gives me the tools I need to manage my pipeline!
What do you like best? I love how visual Nimble is. I love reviewing my pipeline at a glance through the graphs. I also love the dashboard set up. What do you dislike? I wish the contacts were a bit more customizable and I could search a little better between individual and company contacts. best CRM for small - and growing! - business
What do you like best? Nimble is incredible value for the money; they offer A LOT of features for a super affordable price. The key feature for me that sold me on this CRM over others is the ability to integrate this system with my Microsoft 365 products. I also have to praise Nimble's incredibly attentive customer service team. The team is accessible via email and online chat, plus they are fast to respond, polite, knowledgeable, and encouraging. Simple, Powerful, Connected!
What do you like best? I love that Nimble searches for social profiles when I add a new contact. It makes it so easy to keep up with their LinkedIn activity. I also love the Stay In Touch feature that allows me to calendar contact points and not miss out on a possible connection. And the group email is awesome!
