What do you like best? I like the email tracking. It is easy to use and you can get alerts via phone What do you dislike? Mobile version seems limited, some of the features are available. I have an iPad Pro 12 but there is no tablet app What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Constant knowledge of events, dates etc in my contacts lives

What do you like best? The bang for the buck. You get a lot out of Nimble without having to pay a lot. If you are a small business and need a simple yet effective CRM - - Nimble is the way to go. Great value. Gets the job done.
What do you like best? Nimble is easy to set up and use. We use it for CRM, pipeline management, and email tracking. For our small business, it gives us what we need without overpaying for bells and whistles that we never use. What do you dislike? Managing notes and finding specific customers can sometimes be an issue. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating a normal cadence for customer contacts. Managing emails and contacts.

What do you like best? It is pretty easy to use unlike some of the larger CRMs and easy to learn What do you dislike? It is slow and because it is so basic it is limited on features.
