Newly implemented customer - Very impressed
What do you like best? Having Nimble AMS built on top of the power of Salesforce means it stays on pace with the newest technology advances. I've also really enjoyed going through Salesforce Trailhead training to get up to speed on how to use our new system. What do you like best? Dashboard - it is very helpful to have a membership report and other membership data available as soon as you long on to Nimble. What do you dislike? I don't like having duplicate records import process and matching dup's could be better What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Too many to mention. Some of the downsides are finding products to properly integrate What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Solid customer service makes the difference
What do you like best? While I find NimbleAMS to be very intuitive, but when I am having issues, their customer support is what makes all the difference. I can email or call and get help quickly. What do you dislike? As with anything you have to occasionally think like the programmers who created the system and then it makes sense. Great Product, Greater Company
What do you like best? While the product itself is great, the support and assistance I get from the staff at NimbleAMS is the biggest plus. They never try to upsell me, they see themselves as partners with us in solving problems. I trust their recommendations implicitly, and never feel like they see me as just a client and means of revenue. What do you dislike? Flexible product
What do you like best? As Nimble AMS is built on Salesforce, it doesn't take a technical expert to complete some base configuration, though I do recommend strong technical skills for anyone in an admin role. The out of the box system can meet a lot of business needs, but the system is also flexible enough to meet any customized requirements.
