The connections with Google, Facebook, LinkedIn get disconnected from time to time, and I have no way of knowing if my client's connections are off, leaving the review management pointless. What do you like best about NiceJob? I like how many reviews I get, the follow, the "drip" campaigns. It saves me a ton of time especially when it automatically syncs to Facebook as well. You can "boost" reviews and get leads. What do you dislike about NiceJob? That I have to manually go in and block a problematic customer from receiving the campaigns. With just HCP, I could put a tag of "do not review". NJ won't catch that. What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting ...

What do you like best about NiceJob? I love that Nicejob integrates with many software programs, namely ServiceMonster. It automates our review requests as soon as the job is invoiced, making it super easy to use! What do you dislike about NiceJob? I wish that the emails that are sent out would not be branded with Nicejob's logo etc. The option to remove Nicejobs branding would be helpful, even if it was a subscription add on.
