Nice Job has a simple and comprehensive app that makes it easy to get reviews from my customers and then automatically posts them on GMB and various social media sites. What do you dislike about NiceJob? I do get duplicate emails that I haven't yet figured out how to eliminate. Specifically, if a customer reviews my business on GMB or another site, then I'll get notifications from both the native site and from Nice Job. I'd prefer to get just one ...

What do you like best about NiceJob? The ease of use and effectiveness of the product. What do you dislike about NiceJob? I wish there was a better way for our customers without a Gmail account to leave a review. Recommendations to others considering NiceJob: Don't hesitate, the platform is invaluable. What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you? We are able to capitalize on our customer feedback in a really quick and easy way. Our Google reviews have never looked better!

What do you like best about NiceJob? Very easy to get reviews. This is truly a plug and play. What do you dislike about NiceJob? Doesn't connect to Service Fusion, my business platform. What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you? Getting social reviews is a great benefit to my business. NiceJob makes it easy to request the reviews.

What do you like best about NiceJob? We LOVE NiceJob. Prior to NiceJob, we used a couple of different vendors to get reviews, and never had great success. When we moved to NiceJob, we increased from 1.5 Google reviews/week on average to 4.2 Google reviews/week on average. "Excellent experience with them building our website. Affordable price."

What do you like best about NiceJob? Price was much more affordable than my previous servicer and could be bundled with a professional website. What do you dislike about NiceJob? I don't have the ability to have a chat box communication on my website like I had with Broadly. What problems is NiceJob solving and how is that benefiting you? It is somehow driving traffic to our website -more than we had before. We are getting more online requests than before.

"Amazing service just wish we had more options for smaller companies"

What do you like best about NiceJob? I absolutely love NiceJob! They are amazing and easy to integrate with honeybooks my CRM. They can take the email and phone number from every new invoice that I send out in honeybooks automatically to send a review link for any of the platforms that I am wanting more reviews on.
