What do you like best? Adequate For What I use it for
What do you like best? It is easy to operate for what I use it for What do you dislike? It seems to disconnect multiple times throughout my shift, sometimes people cannot hear me or I cannot hear them. What do you like best? I love the NICE inContact's easy navigation and user-friendly format. All the applications seem to work seamlessly whether I am calling, texting or emailing. What do you dislike? There is nothing I dislike about NICE inContact. I rarely encounter and problems using the system. I have zero complaints or issues. What do you like best? the ability to work from home and connect with a great team What do you dislike? sometimes the system is a little buggy, overall I'm quite pleased What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I needed a job I could do from home, due to personal circumstances. I love making my own schedule and have enjoyed the experience tremendously

All and all I have had a good experience with INcontact.
What do you like best? Being able to see all the numbers, calls taken, hold times etc. Also Its very beneficial but something that does not really have to do with taking calls but its really nice the number is now on the computer because you can copy and paste from both the max and the epic system we use. Having a contact book is amazing as well you do not have to search for so many numbers you can just pull them from the contact list. What do you dislike? im not sure if its a ...

NICE inContact is a great platform for Contact Centers
What do you like best? I really enjoy the ease of use as an Administrator. I can easily add agents, modify skills, adjust sales campaigns, and impact call prioritization quickly and from a computer or mobile phone. Also, Studio is very intuitive. The Tools for the IVR are available in one view and easy to locate. What do you dislike? The only downside that I have run into is the learning section. I would like to see more Dojo training on IVR customization and functionality available ...

What do you like best? I like how it auto-generates calls for me to listen to for QA. What do you dislike? I do not like how it logs me out randomly. Especially when I am working with a QA sheet in My Zone under tasks. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? There are several issues that our IT team is working with NICE regarding the CX One platform we are using.
