What do you like best? I like that it is easy to track membership involvement, create a searchable calendar of events, and create phone banks that are specific to targeted populations. What do you dislike? I haven't found a way to have multiple tools open at the same time. For example, information about a member and the event screen. What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The ability to have contacts, households, and contribution information sortable. Reporting feature is great as well What do you dislike? I wish it was more shortcut friendly. When I am entering 50+ checks at one time, it'd be nicer to be able to fly through using my keyboard more than the mouse. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Contribution organizing and data keeping.
