A good product for small sized firms

What do you like best? The database is pretty straightforward, and when you do have problems with it, their support center is easy to reach. The layout is conducive to document review and I really appreciate that it allows you to search for hidden texts within a document when reviewing. Using Nextpoint

What do you like best? I believe that the strongest feature of Nextpoint is the search capabilities. What do you dislike? I waited too long to start entering information into Nextpoint. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We had an extremely document intensive file and it was incredibly helpful when we needed to find a specific documents or a specific set of documents.

Great for reviewing large amounts of documents

What do you like best? document management - it allows every person in my firm to have access to the same documents at the same time. It also removes the necessity of having a large stack of papers in my office at all times. I also like that I can review it anytime, anywhere. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I enjoy very much the reader and the userfriendly interface. What do you dislike? Sometimes the formatting is quite heavy and the incompatibility to read CAD files is to be fixed. Easy to setup and use eDiscovery platform

What do you like best? It was easy to start using. It has a familiar and intuitive interface and with a powerful search feature. The fact it is all stored in the cloud allows for easy access by lawyers and clients alike. The support has also been great. My experience with Nextpoint has been amazing!

What do you like best? I love the availability of the support team! It is also so easy to navigate. What do you dislike? I do wish that there were handbooks for less technologically savvy offices. It being so web based is sometimes more difficult than helpful in this instance. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have been able to organize our e-storage tremendously!

Very good tool with some improvements needed.

What do you like best? I like the simplicity of the tool. From an end-user perspective, there isn't a big learning curve which helps alleviate concerns about using it. You can get to what you need in only a few clicks, so it simplifies the review process greatly. From an admin perspective, everything is fairly straight forward and doesn't require a lot of database or admin experience to setup and/or use.
