What do you like best? The ability to customize everything. Search features are also great and the customer support is amazing. What do you dislike? Certain portions of the system cannot be changed. Fast and Efficient E-Discovery Software

What do you like best? Nextpoint's speed surpasses most other e-discovery software and I have yet to see another vendor that can match or come close to its pricing. What do you dislike? There are some aspects that require technical expertise and it is not as user-friendly as some other options. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Using it for e-discovery needs and very helpful to provide price predictability to our clients.

What do you like best? The ease of importing is second-to-none! Customer service is personable and professional - over the top! What do you dislike? Not much to dislike. Converting conventional load files can be a little cumbersome, but easily solved if document productions are received with a csv load file - make sure to request this in your meet and confer. What do you like best? Nextpoint provides a user friendly format to efficiently review and tag documents for cases and discovery purposes. What do you dislike? With any platform, ther eare always email duplicates and unncessary documents that are not relevant. This is seemingly unavoidable. What problems are you solving with the product? The Nextpoint Team has been great to work with.

What do you like best? The coding panel is easy to set up and I am able to locate documents fairly quickly when searching. We were able to run large productions on our own without having to pay the extra service fees. We were able to export a working set of the produced documents into another database without being charged an additional data import fee. What do you dislike? Great E-Discovery Platform for Small Firms/Self-Users

What do you like best? Nextpoint enables small firms to manage complex e-discovery in-house, even in cases that involves tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands of pages. Avoids the extremely high cost of e-discovery vendors. I also like NextPoint oas compared to other e-discovery platforms because of its flat rate monthly pricing model.
