Great Product, Great Service

We recently switched from another VOIP service to Nextiva. I can say that everything is better (system is user friendly, voice quality is much better, etc.) with Nextiva, and the setting up easy with the service rep walking me thru every step. I would definitely recommend Nextiva to others.

Calls are not clear and company unable…

Calls are not clear and company unable to fix it for over eight months. everytime I ask again they do not know what i am talking about. They appear to keep no records...the positive reviews make me very suspicious

after 90 days still waiting on text messaging approval

We have been waiting for over 90 days to get text messaging approval. We signed up for automatic billing and on 2 separate occasions they shut our phones off for non-payment. If you are a small business, do NOT choose nextiva.
