Justin Mitcham was absolutely amazing! He was available for me on a Sunday and always responded to all my questions via email within a few minutes. Justin was even gracious enough to still help me after not following my gut and going with another company. It only took a few days to realize what a mistake that was. Everything has been extremely easy to use and this product has superseded any expectations I had. Daria was absoultely amazing as well and super patient with me.

Experience working with Ian Myers
Ian Myers with Nextiva was an amazing asset for us during our transition from NEC, SIP trunks over to Nextiva. He was thorough in explaining the onboarding process and what to expect with our new service. He went WAY above and beyond making sure we were completely taken care of when we were dealing with horrendous porting issues on Spectrum Cable's side. 11/10 would recommend Nextiva.

The assistant that helped me was absolutely amazing. He walked me through it all and was very patient he made me feel very comfortable if I have any problems I can call and they would be very helpful he has the best customer service
