Chaotic onboarding process & omitted information

We had gotten the hard sell from Nextiva earlier this year, so we had some trepidation when considering them again. Our sales guy (Dusty?) was very nice (and considerate of our nonprofit budget) but neglected to mention that the fax phone line won’t transmit to our fax machine unless we invest in another piece of $200-300 equipment called a fax bridge. That was told to us by the Nextiva employee we paid an extra $120 for “concierge setup assistance,” only to find out this was just a Zoom ...
