Luis was very helpful and positive
Luis was helpful, patient, and conscientious, and had a very positive attitude. I really appreciated this during my call with him as it helped me feel confident that he was actually listening and would be able to help me. My needs were complex and he was able to answer all my questions and ensure things were properly handled. Wonderful experience to be assisted by him! Thank you!

Be careful if you decide to Cancel. Snakes when you are trying to cancel.
I was told that I could cancel my contract in October of this year after porting 1 of 2 lines. So now when I go to cancel my last line, they hit me with a deactivation fee and continue to charge me for the 2nd line. They claim that they sent me an email to cancel the first one via docusign but I have checked my email. I asked who I spoke to back in March and of course they have no record of it. I cannot recommend this service to anyone.

Terrible customer service
Used for VOIP fax service. Interface was clunky, but usable. Tried to cancel as business was winding down and had never received notice of recurring charge. Cancellation took more than two weeks to process, and many, many attempts and follow ups, and they refused to give a pro-rata refund.

Best Service Ever!!!
Nextiva service blows the competition away. Easy to get a real human on the phone. They take over remotely and go step by step. Best experience I've had with a service like this. Other companies should take notes!
