terrible first experience can I get my money back.

I had a very bad experience with Ooma and I heard Nextiva had such great service. My phone was setup this morning and unfortunately my "800+ number is listed but it was not connected and I cannot receive calls on it. I cannot find a phone number for your service department (you are just another phone company that does not want to talk to their customers over the phone.

The transition to Nextiva went fairly smoothly. It took some time for me to get used to the terms and how they differed from my previous service, but once that was done, all good.

I have spoke with several Nextiva representatives' today and Leo L. was the only representative that actually listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to find a resolution. Leo L. was extremely courteous and polite during my interaction with him. He is an outstanding example of what a costumer service agent should be.
