I really enjoyed my experience thus far with Nextiva. Zach and Anastasia were helpful, efficient, kind, and both made the whole process of switching from Vonage to Nextiva super easy. I hope all of my experiences with Nextiva will be the same going forward. So far, I highly recommend.

Glad we made the switch
We became very frustrated with the hiccups our previous carrier had with regard to the SMS approvals. It took nearly a year to finally get approved. We decided to make the switch and the process was smooth and we are finding this platform is more user friendly and our SMS was approved in a couple weeks.
