Makes storing and accessing vital medical data easier and more secured.
PROS: I think the best perk of using this solution is having all the health records stored in a secure and organized manner. Also, the integration is noteworthy. The app works with many leading systems like Citrix, Entrada, cti, LifeSigns, Microsoft to name a few. CONS: There are plenty of functionalities so navigating the platform can be quite slow. It would also be great if the product developers would make data display more organized.

Satisfied NextGen user
PROS: It makes it easier to perform key tasks related to clinical drugs including archiving telephone experiences, requesting referrals, giving e-prescriptions, outlining office visits, and many more. The quality of the application is remarkable and the customer support is excellent. CONS: There are some issues with the updates but not really a deal-breaker. Apart from that, there are some difficulties when it comes to redoing layouts.

What do you like best about NextGen Healthcare EHR? It is very user friendly and has a lot of useful shortcuts available to use! The technology of NextGen makes life a lot easier! What do you dislike about NextGen Healthcare EHR? I don’t like that it prevents you from changing certain Ndc’s for OTC products when refilling a prescription.
