What do you like best? Ease of use. Customer service. The way to integrates with Intacct. What do you dislike? Nothing so far. It has saved us so much time I don't anything to complain about. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Benefits is the credit card reconciliation has become very simple and saves us a great deal of time.

What do you like best? I like that Nexonia sends me a message at the beginning of the week to let me know what charges I need to submit. What do you dislike? I really have no issues with Nexonia. I think it's a great product. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We no longer have to use a paper method to write up our charges.

Courteous, knowledgeable and always to the point.

What do you like best? They really know the program and are able to help resolve my issues quickly. What do you dislike? There's a 2 hour time difference for me, but it's totally workable. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Nexonia Expenses allows us to streamline our approval process for approving vendor invoices. It's a way for us to track expenses & to know where approvals are at during different stages for our company.

What do you like best? I like being able to take pictures of your receipts directly with your phone What do you dislike? I don't like having to remember where i put the receipts/ forget to take pictures of some of them right away. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Making expenses easier for employees to submit. It's great being able to sync the software with your phone and submit on the go.

If wanting to input both a timesheet and an expense, you have to go through different tabs on the homepage What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Timesheets

Great experience!

What do you like best? Very simple to use - especially on mobile! What do you dislike? I don't like that the mobile app doesn't always update to the desktop application. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking our team's travel expenses. It keeps everyone on top of it. Also eliminates the problem of always losing the hard copies.

Expense policy violations or expense limit reached are being flagged. Receipt image can be directly attached to the recorded transction within Intacct. It's a whole lot better than taking the old approach.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? I like taking photographs of receipts right them and there. Then throwing them away rjgbt after. Everything is paperless! Business expenses are now housed on my American Express Card. I can simply download the card activity from my recent expense report straight into my Nexonia app. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Product wasn't our first choice

What do you like best? The approval layering is great and sophisticated. What do you dislike? It's not the most user friendly product out there. It is easy to enter someone incorrectly. Personally, I was never able to link my credit card to it so I have to upload my transactions manually.
