User Friendly

What do you like best? I like that it's user friendly and that it has a checks & balances system. Pretty straight forward & easy to grasp. What do you dislike? I dislike that there's only 2 days per month that it gets paid back & it takes a couple of days for it to process back into your account. Even with high speed internet, the program can be on the slow side as well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems.

What do you like best? Our company has started using Nexonia Expenses and our experience has been great. The software is simple for users and the integration with Netsuite has been pretty seamless. What do you like best? I like using the Nexonia app to capture and submit expenses. It's very quick and easy to use. What do you dislike? The only thing I don't like is that I can't download receipts and invoices from my email directly into the Nexonia system via my smart phone. What problems are you solving with the product? The initial setup was handled poorly and I am still running into issues that should have been resolved months ago. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Nexonia for submitting expenses

What do you like best? Easy to log in and enter expense reports. Easy to access from anywhere. History is maintained and is accessible. What do you dislike? Linking up the imported receipts can be a little clumsy at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are solving the issue of people creating and submitting expense reports which we had to do in excel spreadsheets beforehand. Nexionia allows for approvals.

Implementation difficult, use easy
