Database contains so many duplicates or outdated email addresses that only about 1/2 of the contacts that I sent our PR to were good. That said, their customer service reps were "above average" responsive.

Terrible service, Your commercial gave me false hope, destroyed my client base, they accepted my press release, wrote me an email asking me to call I did, I spoke with a for over 30 minutes he said " I will send out your release now" three hours later another email arrived with different request from another representative newswire demanding I pay extra £90, also 300 plus pounds to direct my release to my target region, outside of my already paid full price.I called, sorted it out with the ...
