Fast and easy experience. I was confused with how to post my material to their site and they helped me through the whole process. This included making tags for the press release and giving their input on which days and times would work best.

What do you like best? This service has to be one of the best ones out there. It is very easy to use and the quality is great. What do you dislike? Some of the things I don't like is the fact that is does not auto-save and that it's limited hyperlinks. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
