Good tech but still room for improvements.
What do you like best? The appointed account manager was active and always attentive. The website dashboard is all good, and it just works. I liked the fact that we at some point had two account managers working with us to sort out some issues! What do you dislike? The product description on the website could be a bit better explained. I sometimes found myself clicking through the various products in order to find what I was looking for. The analytics part is a bit hidden, why not put ...

They did a pretty good job of distributing my news feed.
What do you like best? They were very professional and organized. What do you dislike? Not a lot of response from the first release. However, they sent it out again at no charge for my best selling book Fill Your Funnel at http://www.danportik.com Recommendations to others considering the product: Al good they did a good job for the most part What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Got my news event out to the US. Was picked up by ...

Repeat Newswire User
What do you like best? It's quite easy to upload and edit your releases. They also make it easy to add graphics and links. What do you dislike? The distribution is poor. You get what you pay for here. Basic distribution channels are, in my judgement, garbage. The only backlinks we scored were from random Chinese or TV stations. In our most recent release we paid extra for industry-focused dissemination, which added nothing of value. To their credit, however, after I registered concerns ...

Easy to use
What do you like best? There's a lot of wire services on the market and Newswire is probably the most user-friendly of them all. Their pricing is transparent and I like their partnership with PR Newswire. What do you dislike? I haven't really had any issues with Newswire What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? When I need to send out a release that is not financial or M&A focused, Newswire is my go-to.

Great service with ability to increase brand awareness
What do you like best? I'm not a marketing person, but this offering makes it easy to put together a press release and distribute it through legit channels. This has helped with visibility of my brand and also improved SEO. What do you dislike? There is still some ambiguity around what publications will pick you up. A lot of times it can be local news stations, which may work depending on the press release, but if you are shooting for big publications, then this is hit and miss. Note ...

excellent tool for Press Release distribution
What do you like best? Great usability: clean interface and features. Useful PR analytics available in near to real time. What do you dislike? On some channels Press Releases are published temporary. It's not suitable if the press release needs to be used at a website permanently. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Press Release distribution is time consuming process. Newswire distributes news all across the US within few hours.

gets the word out
What do you like best? Saves us time in sending our news out through this agency instead of having to send our news to each media point What do you dislike? We are a small business and could use a cheaper option for when we don't need maximum distribution What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Saves us time

Reputable site, lots of options
What do you like best? Newswire is a great value- they offer a self service portal with a lot of options for reaching various market segments, all at a good price. There are a lot of resources to guide your campaign along too so if you're a novice; it's easy to get on your way quickly. What do you dislike? I think it'd be nice to offer a low-cost, professional service to help maximize the use of the provided reports for, ultimately, improving future campaigns. Recommendations to ...
