It's very easy to submit the content, and you have the option to pay for a basic distribution as opposed to higher fees for broader distribution, which is usually worthless. Other press release distribution services charge a higher fee with the justification of wider distribution, but in my experience those wider fields of distribution do not increase visibility or media interest in any discernible way. ...
