Excellent CRM for Sales Teams
What do you like best? Our team has chosen NetHunt CRM because of its integration with Gmail. We send lots of emails and we mosty communicate with customers via Gmail, so this is super important for us to be able to link emails to client profiles. We easily create new contacts or deals just from the incoming emails. Besides, we see customer info in Google calendar when we schedule calls. What do you dislike? Their Task system can be improved - we'd like to set various reminders for ...

Very helpful in organizing your clients, great solution for my problem!
What do you like best? The system is very helpful in organizing clients and LPs in your list which makes it very easy for you to access past conversations and reaching out to them very easy. It has made our lives very easy indeed! I tried other CRMs also but this one was definitely the best of the lot. What do you dislike? I would like to have an option of having sub-folders in this software system, it will make organizing even better. If anyone has already done that, please do let ...

I tried more than 12 CRMs, NetHunt is the best one!
What do you like best? The most important thing a CRM can do is to make sure you don't drop the ball on a lead. This is single most effective CRM that pulls this off beautifully. NetHunt got it right. A very powerful design that makes your GMail, Google Calendar the tools you use to manage your contacts, deals, etc. with followup flags, mass emails and more. The second thing NetHunt did right is that they didn't assume to know how your business works so they opened it up for ...

Easy to integrate CRM in Gmail
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? To me, it’s literally the best cross-department collaboration tool. Not a single lead is ever lost or forgotten - I can instantly label and assign all incoming leads to sales managers, seeing where did he come from and lead progress along the pipeline. Probably, it’s best part is the ease of use and smooth integration, cross-department collaboration , and accessibility. What aspects are problematic or could work better? It was ...

It's a blessing for our sales team!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Great interface, quick and hassle-free onboarding, mass email campaigns and their friendly team! Now we can track sales and performance per employee. The pipelines, detailed customer profiles, fields and tags helped us organize our client's database (never happened since 2015). NetHunt is more than a CRM. It's a productivity tool where we track leads, performance and sales. CRM stores our negotiations and contracts. And the ...

Looking forward for the release. Recommendations to others considering the product: Free trial What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What I realized is that trying to handle such a massive clients base without a CRM was a mistake. The NetHunt team ...

Nethunt for small businesses and start-ups
What do you like best? NetHunt CRM is fully integrated with Gmail and G Suite. Great import and export features. So customizable. What do you dislike? The plans should be more scalable. Now, there are only 3 plans available. Recommendations to others considering the product: Stay on the free plan as long as possible until you have mastered all the functions. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I am streamlining my sales ...

Great CRM for gmail. Cheaper than alternatives.
What do you like best? The simple interface and ease of usability. What do you dislike? The automated field creation is worse than Streak. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm using NetHunt to keep track of email contacts (partners/investors, etc.) that don't need something as robust or complex as Salesforce.
