"Great tool to use for recruiting talent"
What do you like best about Candidate Management System? I like the user friendly portal that Net-hire provides. They have a nice set up and the website is easy to get around in. The phone app is also very user friendly although I didn't use it very much. What do you dislike about Candidate Management System? The talent pool seems to repeat applicants that have already applied through the system. If I mark a person as a non-candidate, somehow they are able to reapply. I am not sure if that ...
