Last five year I used Neteller , Recently Without any cause My account permanent close with 120$. I did not recover my fund. I think Neteller is virtual scamer.

Extremely bad customer service

Extremely bad customer service. Before signing up just try and ring them you are put on hold at least 15 minutes then put through to very rude customer service. Only a matter of time before they go bust completely avoid. I had £95 left in my account when they shut my account down and just had an email saying I've had an admin fee of £95 agreed when signing up and ticking a box criminal company

Neteller is the new synonym of Scam They disabled my account without any reason & after 7 days they informed me via email that they aren't interested to continue business with me showing no cause whatsoever, not only that they haven’t even refunded my balance.Stay safe, stay away from Paysafe.

They close my account without any proper reason with my 1345 dollar. They just disabled my account fully. They are a big scammer. Everybody should case a file in the court.

He transferido fondos y verificado la cuenta. La Web por un lado me indica que está verificada al 100% la cuenta. Sin embargo cuando quiero trasnferir fondos me vuelve a solicitar la verificación. Hace más de una semana que estoy así.

This is a fault system. Till now Every thing was good. I am using neteller from the last 4 year. But suddenly 2 days ago they disabled my account without any reason. I don't think that I break any terms and use. I have money in my account. I mailed them called them several times from the past 2 days but they didn't reply. Very sad and heartbreaking
