Neteller and Skrill are Become fraud and cheat
Since last 1 month neteller and skril are become a fraud and cheater company. They are scamming people with their money. They first disable customers accounts and then permanently closed them without any reason. So every one be care full, dont use neteller or skrill any more.

Fraud and scammer.closed my account with my remaing balance withoutany valid reason or without any advance notice. Like many users in Bangladesh having same ishhue.They didint even want to recive call or email after 16 days this scamer says a administration fees applied to my account. And i acceped it when i open account. How cruel fraudster neteller is.ita should ban
