Avoid this company

Avoid this company, they closed my account for no reason, when i log in it says limited functionality and i have 8.49$ hold by them and i can't withdraw i contacted the phone support and then the email i received from them it says is a small amount and to transfer to another verified neteller user, avoid this company they will stole your money and they will close your account without any reason, i will call them every day until i will recover my money from them. please avoid those scammers !

Steer Clear.I set up an account as a gaming site said I could use it to deposit on their site. Turns out that was bad information. I subit a refund request to neteller which is never even acknowledged. I then try to withdraw what i can. Not a huge amount but damned if Im letting them keep it. I enter the withdrawal. Neteller Closing account without Giving any Notice or Reason.

Netller is a Complete Scam in the name of Online Banking Services. This Company is going to Make Thousands of People take back their trust on Online Services. They have closed Thousands of Accounts without any reason. and Without any further verification. And They are charging around 150 USD from Each Closed Account. This is Complete Disgrace in the name of Business. Someone has to come up and protest against this.

Nutze Neteller seit ca. 4 Jahren, über die hohen Gebühren wußte ich bei Kontoeröffnung bescheid und habe es in Kauf genommen, Zahlungen und die Allgemeine Nutzung hat gut funktioniert. Scammed by the whatsapp live support

I got scammed by the Neteller WhatsApp live support people when I needed to do a bank wire transfer to my account in South Africa. The money went instead to FBS into another client's account. FBS cannot assist me as they said I must speak with Neteller to resolve this issue. Neteller takes long to respond via email.The incorrect information was received from your Facebook page

Went to log on to my account only to find it disabled.

Went to log on to my account only to find it disabled. I have not used it for a long time but so what? I did not get an email from them saying it would be disabled. I emailed them asking why it was disabled and I am waiting to hear back but this does not fill me with confidence. especially reading the others here who had their funds taken.
