Avoid, stealing your money - high charges their process of verification takes ages... they enable you to make a deposit then lock your account requesting you first document for the address verification and ID then after it s done they ask you you bank statement, ridiculous... Waste of time for the charges you are paying for. Revolut is much better with much freedom.

Account Blocked & Withdraw declined. They Keep 1000€ from me
They blocked my account and ask for additonal verification, since i didnt realy like the service at all anymore, i didnt want to send them any more of my documents and i told them so. i Told them that i want to withdraw my almost 1000€ left on the account and i wont make this verification, they declined my withdraw request and wont give me my money. they keep 1000€ that dosent belong to them and wont pay it to me.
