Dreadful company

Dreadful company. Claimed to be unable to access my account, even though I had all the login details including password, secure ID & answers to security information. Then they said no doubt any money I once had with them would have been swallowed up by "inactivity fees". I would have given them MINUS 1000 stars if this were possible. One Star is far too good for them.

Ce site est devenu du grand n'importe quoi depuis l'année dernière. Après n'avoir jamais réussi à activer une carte pour laquelle j'ai dû payer, je n'ai plus jamais reçu de nouvelle. Neteller a par ailleurs décidé depuis peu de bloquer les paiements par carte via tous les sites de trading de crypto-monnaies (Binance, Kraken, même Bitpanda avec qui ils sont censés avoir un partenariat) ou même vers ceux de sites de pari en ligne ou de casino alors que c'était la tout l'intérêt de leur ...

If you manage to open an account, you will be automatically restricted. If you manage to get unrestricted, you will be asked to verify your credit card or debit card, which takes forever. If you manage to get verified for deposits, you will need another verification to be able to withdraw funds. Their customer care will frustrate you, they are useless... I think maybe they use robots to respond to emails. Save yourself the stress and avoid them if you can, don't say you were not warned. If ...
