They closed my account and asked for…
They closed my account and asked for Id, Selfie, and bank statement. They accepted Id but not accepting bank statement for the last 2 months !! I told them to call the bank to verify if the info is correct or not. They don't care at all. This is just unacceptable. How many times I can go to the bank and ask for a statement? dont use neteller..they are a bad company

Terrível. Adicionei 20€ à minha conta através de um Mastercard, e agora não me é permitido transferir nem utilizar o dinheiro de forma alguma. Se quiser levantar os 20€ perco mais de metade a transferir para a minha conta. Péssimo serviço, sinto-me roubado.

Very messed up company
Very messed up company, I wanted add some money on datdrop and chose NETELLER as payment method, I created an account and added money with a MasterCard cuz they didn’t state it would be a issue but to my great disappointment I couldn’t use mastercard when adding money on datdrop it stated xxxx amount is excluded from you deposit because of origins from a MasterCard. Very honest company
Some review here might make you think the company is bad, always make sure to read their policy before opening an account with them, my own case was that I opened an account in a country that is not supported, so for that reason choose a different country meanwhile I reside in a different country, someone sent me $1400 and my account was immediately restricted following their policy, I verify my identity but couldn't verify my address because I don't reside in the country I selected, so ...
