they block me.. and no refund..

I made the wrong remittance about a month ago. After talking with the recipient, we asked Neteller to cancel the transaction. They just told me to wait. There is no sign of being resolved I made a request to Paysafe to check and solve the problem. There is no response.Then I found the website and left a review. No customer service

Having trouble verifying my ID, I haven't been able to speak to a single person to help me resolve this problem. Fair enough my passports a couple of months out of date! Surely if the casino I withdrew from to neteller could verify my ID using my passport along with my birth certificate, bank statement and utility bills/proof of address, I can't see why neteller can't? It doesn't seem like customer service exists and not to mention the fees!

High fees! Look else where

Account is free to open, all looked good, but fees are ridiculous!! Other better, cheaper companies are available. Transferwise (now "Wise") are very good. Closed my Neteller account now, very disappointed with the fees.

They cannot transfer money to the bank…

They cannot transfer money to the bank account almost 2 weeks. Three times contacted customer support centre , money still not arrived. Vary bad service for 21st century and not cheap service.
