Hello Neteller,i received the new Neteller plastic card.It is commendable that you have improved the payment functions.But did you look at the card before sending it?No distinctive signs on the front. The Whole thing is a scam I added money in the wallet to purchase a game. But it still shows my funds are 0 cause I used master card, I cant even transfer the money to skrill or other services due to this. so practically the money is stuck there. If I want to withdraw they charge almost half the money in my wallet as a bank fee. This site needs to be shut down and investigated

PLEASE AVOID!!
PLEASE AVOID!!Took money for a payment and then mysteriously said "address details do not match seconds later" Money gone from my account and marked as "pending" for weeks. Not gone to pay the bill and not in my account either! Just vanished into the Neteller cloud. Emailed customer care numerous times and no response. This is NOT. a serious company and I would not recommend you transferring any money here! AVOID
