What do you like best? The ease of use, the quick insights that can be gleaned in a crunch, the "brand passion index". The different types of word clouds like terms, behaviors, authors, brands are easy to understand and great for presentations. My preferred social listening service.

What do you like best? I loved the ability to see sentiment more accurately (Other products I have used didn't fully understand sentiment in slang/modern language). I also appreciated the visualization aspect. There is an immense amount of data that Netbase can pull in, and it can be daunting to look at (and make sense of). Great for mid-sized brands

What do you like best? I would put Netbase somewhere between Radian6 and Brandwatch. The tool has some limitations such as query setup being very similar to Radian6, but the interactive dashboard is completely customizable. What do you dislike? The query setup is too limited and resembles Radian6. Also, the inability to export more than 1,000 mentions at a time is inconvenient for larger brands that need to manipulate the data outside of the tool. What problems are you solving ...

What do you like best? Netbase is very easy to work with and is very customizable allowing you to dig into the details of brand sentiment. The only significant issue is speed. Running queries takes longer than I would like. Overall, a great product with great customer service. What do you dislike? The biggest frustration with NetBase is the speed. What do you like best? I think my favorite thing about the platform is its ease of use. I was not familiar with NetBase at all before my first use, and I found it really easy to maneauver. The filters are self-explanatory and easy to set. The tabs are presented in logical order. Best of Breed vs. Intergrated Stack - Netbase being BOB

What do you like best? Innovation is whay I like Netbase, their product team is outstanding and willing to do the hard work to evolve the platform. When I look at the next 6 mo of innovation that will be delivered I am highly optimistic they will retain BOB status. What do you like best? Netbase markets itself on its text analytics, but one of the coolest aspects of the tool is the query construction, which automatically finds related terms.
