What do you like best? Ease of use, intuitive, training on system. I use the tool daily and I've never had an issue with it. What do you dislike? I would love to be able to click on the summary chart and have it take me to the underlying data. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sentiment analysis, social media listening, campaign analysis, KPIs.

What do you like best? Netbase's new interface makes it user friendly and easy to use. It provides a wealth of features that puts it up there with the some of the big players like Radian6, Sprinklr, and Brandwatch. It's also easy to drill down into searches and compare findings. What do you like best? NetBase has many functions to refine the research. I found other program keywords search too broad, and does not have functions like NetBase. What do you like best? Powerful natural language processing - sentiment analysis is reliable, and word clouds use processed phrases - not just counting popular words, but presenting the user with an accurate reflection of the meaning of what is being said. What do you dislike? Limited number of logins, meaning access can't be shared as widely through the company as I would like. What do you like best? I like that I have easy access to my client services team at Netbase. I also like they are continuously updating the interfaced to make it look more user friendly. What do you like best? The interface flows between creating and reviewing topics, making a quick view extremely easy and any more extensive just a few more clicks away. What do you dislike? Word clouds don't give any emphasis on what is being said most, which is why we make our own. The characteristics that made NetBase stand out the most is the precise, user friendly widgets that allow us to monitor the social realm including the top social networks as well as news outlets. What do you like best? The customer service and support offered is hands-down the best among any platform I have ever had experience with. As the only social media analyst at our corporate office, this is HUGE, because I know I can turn to our Account Manager at any time to seek their recommendations, ask questions, or run a simple monitor by them to ensure I have everything set up properly. What do you like best? Netbase is extremely easy to set up and run queries to analyze social data. The ability to look over a number of topics within minutes and easily visualize the results makes Netbase worth consideration. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Comprehensive firehose ability and ability to filter multi dimensionality, including authors sources and geography. New things feature is promising as well What do you dislike? A little wonky to use- have to go back and forth between drop downs awkwardly sometimes What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? For research/ RFP proposals/ white space analysis and day to day conversation monitoring
