What do you like best? It's easy to gather data on social conversation about brands, products, categories -- almost anything. What do you dislike? The owned social channel components are not in-depth. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Like the product, painful sales process
What do you like best? I think it's a great product - it's easily to manage, has pretty good (not great) service and relatively reliable data. What do you dislike? Netbase by far was the most difficult sales process I've ever been through as a professional and while they are currently pursuing an enterprise agreement across our company, I have considered moving to a new platform due to the hassle of the sales process. What do you like best? The flexibility of the tool and user-friendly interface. What do you dislike? The fact the tool can only pull data from 27 months at a time. Recommendations to others considering the product: Try it out for yourself What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great for quick-hit social analysis and to gauge popular opinion
What do you like best? Netbase is fairly simple and easy to use; mostly intuitive to set up a Web Topic. It works quickly so I can get to what I'm looking for fast. What do you dislike? I wish there were an option to type your query in boolean logic. What do you like best? The ease of adding topic centers and dashboards. What do you dislike? Filters are sometimes altered when different topics are selected, for unknown reasons.
